Problem: Canon Vixia HF20 to Final Cut Express
I have a Canon Vixia HF20 camcorder and a new Mac with Final Cut Express 4. I scheduled lesson at the Mac store and they somehow got my videos from my memory card to Final Cut so I could edit. They did this by going to Log and Transfer and clicking on the No Name memory card. Now whenever I try to do it nothing shows up and I can't find my video clips. How do I import the video from my memory card to Final Cut Express so I can edit? Please help?
