How to Play Sony DCR-DVD108 video on PC

"I have loaded PMB 5802 software on my HP laptop running a Windows 7 operating system. When I open the Play Memories Home software, it does not read the disk in my Handycam and the videos on the Handycam do not show on the software. I am trying to transfer the videos to my laptop so I can either save them on a CD or email them."

Step 1: Free download DVD ripper and install it on your computer, run it, you will see the interface as bellow.

Step 2: Put the DVD disk on the DVD driver, click the Load DVD button of the DVD ripper, the you can load the dvd video from the Sony DCR-DVD108 camcorder.

a. Drag the two slider on the timeline to fix the start time and end time of the video the click OK
b.Add clips: Split the videos into many clips. You can use '+' to add one new clip and '-' to remove one.

There are 3 ways available for you to set the display screen size.
a. Drag the green lines around the videos play in the original preview.
b. Enter the precise value in the left,right,buttom and top field.
c. You can choose the aspect ratio like original, 4:3 or 16:9 in the zoom drop-down list.

After finish clipping and editing, click Start button to rip dvd to common formats, then you can play Sony DCR-DVD108 video on PC.
